My boiler has broken down, what should I do?

1) You should always contact your installer first, because the fault may not be related to the boiler

2) If your installer confirms it is a manufacturing fault, please call our Customer Service team on 0330 205 0005, ensuring you have the following to hand:

• Postcode and address of the property in question
• The manual for the boiler which contains the benchmark checklist and service record.

Alternatively, to save the time of making a phone call you can place your request using our online form and we will contact you to arrange an appointment.

3) Ensure that you are available to allow the engineer to enter the property and that the engineer can gain safe and easy access to the boiler.

Our Customer Service centre is open 8.30am–5.00pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturdays & Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day

Common winter boiler problems
During periods of very cold weather, we receive enquiries from customers whose boilers do not appear to be working. Sometimes this is down to the condensate discharge pipe freezing which can prevent the boiler from operating, which is not a manufacturing defect and therefore not covered under warranty. Please exercise extreme caution at all times when attempting to identify and thaw a condensate pipe
