Please allow me to compliment the customer service staff for their polite and efficient manner, especially Liz to whom I spoke yesterday. She is a credit to Ferroli UK, polite, efficient and helpful – 10/10. Both the engineers that have visited me have been first rate too. The chap who serviced our boiler in February was polite, efficient and knowledgeable – again 10/10. Today the engineer came to resolve a fault with our boiler and again called ahead confirming his arrival and once he arrived he diagnosed the fault, replaced the faulty parts, was tidy, professional and amenable – again 10/10. Ferroli customer service is noteworthy for being excellent. Please pass on this praise to all the people involved, they do a great job.

WOW! A big thank you to Ferroli who came up trumps and repaired my boiler free of charge and an even bigger thank you to Barry the engineer who solved the problem. I recommend Ferroli!

Just a word of praise to your efficient friendly staff. I recently had cause to contact both your Spares and Technical Support Departments. On both occasions I was delighted to be attended to by such friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff. Nowadays people are very quick to write letters/emails of complaint but not so quick to report excellent service when they get it. So, please acknowledge both Shannon in Spares and Dean in Technical Support, they are a credit to Ferroli!

I was so happy with my 18-year-old Ferroli Optima boiler that I jumped at the chance of having a new 7 year warranty Modena 32c.

I just wanted to drop you an email to say I was provided with excellent service this morning by your engineer Richard. Firstly, I was told it could be at any time today, but I received a telephone call advising me of the ETA by the engineer. He was very punctual, polite and very knowledgeable regarding my boiler. He also advised me of the new Ferroli boilers and the current efficiency. I work in the NHS and feel positive feedback is always nice as today people are more active in complaining than complimenting. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation.

The response from your helpdesk staff and engineer was really refreshing and quite outstanding. The service and polite nature and of the engineer Mark and his young trainee who attended my house was first class, as were the helpdesk staff.

I required the attendance of a service engineer when my boiler failed to ignite. The engineer who
attended was very thorough in repairing the boiler and I wish to advise you of my satisfaction with
his approach. I will certainly recommend him to my friends who have Ferroli boilers.

We have just had your service engineer Richard call to carry out a thorough investigation on our
boiler. He carried out adjustments and settings and put right what the previous engineer failed to
carry out. As soon as he fired the boiler I could tell it up was back to its original status. Richard’s
knowledge of these boilers is second to none and going forwarding when the boiler is due its next
service I would like him to attend. He is a credit to your company when I questioned him about your
new products he strongly recommended them without being pushy. I have every confidence that he knows what he is talking about.

The service and professionalism that your engineer Chris showed when he came to attend my
boiler was outstanding and I felt compelled to inform you at Ferroli. He showed great
communication skills, informing me of the time that he would arrive three hours in advance of his
ETA. His passion for his job was very evident and he was brilliant at explaining the system and how it
works. Thank you again Chris.

I just wanted to say how impressed I was by your most helpful and courteous employee Wahed,
who contacted me this morning in response to an email I sent earlier today. He has listened carefully
to what I’ve told him, has been clear in asking for the information he required and has had a very
pleasant manner. All very refreshing!
