I would like to take this opportunity to thank and compliment the Ferroli customer service staff, and especially the engineer, for their quick response to my problem with my boiler and their constant communication with me as to what time to expect the engineer. He arrived within the time specified and I found him to be very courteous and quick to sort out the problem.
