An Out of Warranty Breakdown call-out is subject to a Ferroli engineer or agent being available in your area. We will do everything we can to arrange for an engineer to visit you as soon as possible, but if we can’t get an engineer to you within a timeframe that is acceptable to you we will give you a full refund of the fee paid, providing no work has been carried out.

Important payment information

OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIR £335* (including VAT) effective from 01/06/2024

  • 30 day guarantee on the repairs 

If the parts required to fix your boiler exceed the value of £250, your boiler will be deemed Beyond Economic Repair (BER).

* Out of Warranty Repair £335 (including VAT) includes labour and parts up to a value of £250 and a full service on the boiler.

 Terms & conditions  

  • This is an appliance only repair which does not cover the system, pipework, radiators, external controls or sludge in the system.
  • If a Ferroli engineer attends the property on the agreed date and is unable to gain access to the appliance, a genuine appliance fault is not identified or the boiler is deemed to be BER, then a call out fee of £95 will be retained by Ferroli and £240 will be refunded back to you.
  • If your boiler requires parts that are obsolete, the boiler will be deemed to be BER.
  • You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the engineer is due to attend and receive a full refund.  If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a call out fee of £95 will be retained by Ferroli and £240 will be refunded back to you.

In order to book an engineer we require an authorised payment of £335 from a credit or debit card.
