Out of Warranty Breakdown: An Out of Warranty Breakdown call-out is subject to a Ferroli engineer or agent being available in your area. We will do everything we can to arrange for an engineer to visit you as soon as possible, but if we can’t get an engineer to you within a timeframe that is acceptable to you we will give you a full refund of the fee paid, providing no work has been carried out.
Breakdown requests: You should be contacted by an engineer within 24 hours of submitting your request (Monday to Friday) to offer you an appointment. Appointments usually take place 1-3 days after making your request.
Annual Service requests: During the spring and summer months demand for annual boiler servicing is very high and we cannot guarantee to contact you within a given timescale. However, please be assured that we will be in touch as soon as possible to arrange a suitable day for this to be carried out.
Our engineers work Monday-Friday during office hours. We regret we are unable to offer a timed appointment but you can request that the engineer phones you prior to arrival; this will be approximately half an hour before expected arrival at your property.
